Frequently Asked Questions
π How should I prepare for my appointment?Β
- Check your email for an email titled "CONSENTS & Client Portal Registration" and complete the included consent forms.Β
- See our contact page for information on parking and entering the building.
- Come in with a clean face, if possible (ie no makeup, moisturizer, sunscreen, etc.).Β
- Bring a valid photo ID and an accepted payment method (see below).
- Make sure any vaccinations, dental work and aesthetic facial treatments (peels, lasers, etc.) were done at least 2 weeks before your appointment or are not scheduled for at least 2 weeks after your appointment.
- You should not be pregnant or nursing while receiving neurotoxins or fillers nor should you have an active cold sore or be on certain antibiotics.
- You will be asked not to exercise for 24 hours after your appointment so if you plan to workout that same day, be sure to do so beforehand.
- For 1 day before and 1 day after your appointment, please avoid alcohol and pain relievers like Aspirin, Motrin, Aleve, Ibuprofen, etc. (unless told to take aspirin daily by your doctor).
π What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, zelle, venmo, cash app, credit card* or debit card.*
*For these forms of payment, you must bring the physical credit or debit card with you to your appointment. Additionally you must bring a valid photo ID and the name on your ID must match the name on your credit or debit card.Β

π Can my friend and I both schedule to get filler done at the same time?
If both clients are new, please click here.
If both clients are established, please select "One filler appointment for two established clients" when booking. Only one client needs to book the appointment but the second client's first and last name must be added to the appointment notes.Β
If one client is new and the other is established, you may also book "One filler appointment for two established clients" however the new client must be the one to book the appointment and the established client's name must be the one that is added to the appointment notes.Β
π Is a deposit required to schedule an appointment?Β
In some cases, yes. Please see full deposit terms and conditions here.
New clients that have been referred by a current client may bypass the deposit by booking as "referred client". However in the notes section, you must include the first and last name of the person that referred you, or your appointment will be cancelled.
